The $500 founding-client setup rate is a limited introductory price for early clients and may rise for future ones.

Refund Policy
The one-time $500 setup fee covers the custom design and build labor for your website. It is fully refundable if you cancel before design work begins, and non-refundable once work has begun.
The $79/month Care Plan is billed in advance. It is not prorated or refunded for the current month when you cancel — your service simply continues through the end of that month and then stops.
Cancellation Policy
The Care Plan is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime, for any reason.
When you cancel, your service continues through the end of your current billing month and then stops — you are not billed again. You keep your domain (it is always registered in your name), and I hand over a clean, complete export of your website so you can take it anywhere.
